Signatures in the Scratch forums work only with BBCode -- see this page for help.
And ssss is right, this really isn't a very advanced topic. I'll ask someone to close it or move it for you

I don't about new scratchers, but generally you have to click on "post new topic" in the top left corner of the forums, next to the forum title. Let me grab a pic for ya...
