Edit discrption

when trying to edit a description on a 1.2.1 scratch project that was mine, the text did not highlight and I could not edit it. the same for the title. I made sure i was logged in, and the project was mine

Is this problem specific to any kind of project? For example, is it just this project, or only ones created using Scratch 1.2.1?
