Those sites have too big of a community so your art doesn't get Junk for views
Yes, but we aren't on the Forums on a site like that are we? No. We're on Scratch. We are talking about Scratch. Not art sites. Back on topic please.
Sorry, we were talking 'bout art on scratch.

I guess this is all boils down to:
"Do we want projects with effort or do we want authors we know to be on the front page?"
Seems like a declaration that famous Scratchers can post what they like and reach the front page. If Oramis did this, or frank1281, or whoever, it wouldn't reach the front page and no one would care.

The good project would get featured, top viewed, curated, beet the 'LOL' to the front page. Use your brain!I am. Depending on the share time, it may not, and even if it did it wouldn't get the section it deserves. Plus, only 3 projects can be Featured at a time.
Thats why they pick new ones and kick off the old ones after a while.
A while. Yeah. The project deserves the section when it deserves the section. And yes, this should get closed. This is almost on the point of a flame war, from past experiances. I say I'll just leave this thread now and check up on it later.

Seems like your begging to differ. And like I said, your not allowed to.

if something on the front page looks like something i wouldn't like, then i don't look at it
simple as that
i know it's judging a book by its cover but oh well
i've seen so many badly produced animations and glitchy games on the front page that i usually can pick them out without even actually viewing the project

My secret weapon has reached Stage 1 of completion. Now, just a bit longer...

Guys, when 2.0 comes out there should be a Suggestions For You type thing, thus the problem will be solved.

Lightnin said this.
HE even shares my argument...

I pretty sure 08jackt, Swifty2, and Spritemaster would quickly show that thats not what scratch is all about. So you're going to sit back and let three people fix this mess?
I've got to finish my newest project a lot faster.I really don't have to. Do you know how many people are inspired by Them? ALOT OF PEOPLE.
Oh those poor people, being inspired the wrong way... (excluding 08jackt, his projects take more than 2 and a half minutes to make...)

THAT'S why I'm working on my new secret weapon. It will show everyone what's right and what's wrong...

Guys, the way to solve this problem is to flag the 4 projects and contact the scratch team.
Yes, this is exactly the way to put an end to this thread and to this entire debate.

We already did that. I said so earlier.

Seeing this from the eyes of the masses, this will anger the common viewer and take sympathy on Jim, increasing his popularity.
It's about winning their minds. Wow, I've read too much Foundation.

No revolution. Just do what I said and the problem will be solved. Hes basically using his fame to get all his accounts on the front page.
Sonds quite selfish to me, actually the way you just put it makes him look like a troll. Wait, Kileymeister is right, but I feel like there is a missing piece. JIM might be banned, putting an end to it all, and he qould get sympathy, but that wouldn't entirely matter, as he wouldn't see it until there is no reason to give him sympathy, then he- wait, that could quite easily become a vicious cycle.
