I already made a secret underground city... 

We need redstone... And I think we should make power lines. Just poles with redstone on dirt platforms running into outlets and inlets in homes... Could work, we just need a main control valve... I think it should be a button with a memory thing where it stays on. Or just move a redstone torch to the desired line, and voila!

But I even have a rain machine!

All you need is a bucket of water, and you put water in the hole and take it out at the same time- the water will still travel and then dissolve.

How about for every 8 players, there can be a new city?
