Scratch

Hmm. You would have to change the icon for Scratch that opens it in the firstplace. (as opposed to a shortcut) I only know how to do that on a Mac.

And why did you write “Based on Shatter”?

It has nothing to do with Shatter. The VM that comes with the Scratch Source Code is the exact same one that runs Scratch. I'm assuming there's a Scratch.ico somewhere, which would be what the window as a thumbnail.

Not true, but if you use something like ConvertIcon you can get a proper .ico file for free, and you can do it how many times, with how many pictures you want, anytime you want.
