User if you don't know. I chose Developer (even though i'm not) so there will be no filters, since I know what I'm doing.

You know, I don't like it jailbreaked. It just doesn't feel the same. I especially don't like the boot icon. I also don't want to reboot every time I download something. I am currently storing it from the backup data before I jailbreaked.

1. You don't have to have a custom boot logo if you don't want.
2. Only some things that modify the actual working of the iPod need a reboot. Plain apps or themes don't. (Occasionally you have to respring, but that takes a lot less time.)

ykou restored and used just iTunes backup? You lost app data. You could have changed the bootlogo! It's possible!
