Yeah, this is usually called "mini modding" and the Scratch Team doesn't really want people to do that.

This isn't really mini modding, since we're just focused on cyberbullying and flagging it, and moderators focus on that and inappropriate projects, which we pay no attention to. We are hiring actual moderators to help us with the moderating part. The moderators will actually thank us for our help!

Sheesh. Cool down. We don't want this turning into a Flame War. (Which just so happens to be a perfect situation for cyberbullies.) This is a great idea!
