Tags are gone....?

Ok, whatever project I go to has no tags!  sad  I can still add tags, but it gets annoying when you can't see the other tags. Is there a way to fix it?  tongue
EDIT: The tags are gone on only some projects.

Some people leave the tags section blank because they are too lazy to add anything

Also, when you click on tags and it cannot find it.
