The loss of a yet another wonderful Scratcher/tree
Float got banned
From the whole site this time
He's been (permanently?) banned from the forums since like January, but he just got banned from the main site and TBGs now too
And he probably won't be coming back because the Scratch Team says it's permanent and he isn't really very interested in coming back anymore anyway
With all of the bias toward him from the admins here he probably wouldn't even come back even if he could, and if he did he'd just get banned again in like a day for some nonexistent harassment anyway
If I were him I probably wouldn't be planning on coming back either, with all of the unfairness here with the banning process (and just here in general, but the banning process particularly)
So in short, float got banned forever and he's quit forever

I don't see anything wrong with Scratch's banning system.
What people need to realize is that Scratch is a program and website intended for kids, including extremely young ones. The things you can say and do on an other forum or website isn't the same for this website.
This is why people like RHY were banned. Sure he made great projects, but he was rude to quite a lot of people.

He got banned like twice before for leaving mean comments. I think that is pretty easy going. There is no unfairness in the banning process.

float's done some less-than-kind things in the past, but people change you know
And I disagree about the banning process as well;
It seems as though once you get banned, apologize, then get unbanned, the slightest error leads to you being banned again with little to no hesitation at all from the Scratch Team, which I don't find to be very fair

in all probability it was something minor and the ban was more severe because fmt is part of a group that the scratch team discriminates against
to be honest i might be the only one not completely on edge with the st in the group and i might as well finish the projects i have left and leave
because this is getting crazy and no one cool is surviving
