yes i can
but i won't

anyway yeah
my godmother's daughter is like five but she's probably the meanest little kid i've ever met
she acts all sweet around everyone but yeah. sometimes she hates me and sometimes she absolutely loves me too, so i'm kind of scared of her
and she's called me things that i'd probably get banned for if i said em on here
and one time she wanted me to spend the night at her house, because if i did then my little sister could too but if i didn't then she couldn't so yeah
and she was like "if you don't spend the night, i'll tell your mom that you bit me" haha

and one time she told my mom that i pushed her off the swing set for whatever reason

man i hate kids

Yeah

I told a Year Seven kid I would hit them if they stole my seat and I got told off by all her little girly gang for 'threatening behaviour'.

So I pushed the tall one into a teacher

And ran

I know it was cruel, they'd just moved to high school, but still, they had thick make-up on, and were swearing like troopers. Okay, I'm no saint, but really, they were strutting around and tried to force us to move. We're even older than them! So I said I wasn't moving and if they didn't get out of my face I'd hit them, so they swore at me and stumbled off in their heels with their PB bags. Then I pushed the meanest one and me and my friends left.

I just lost it.

Re: wow it's like deja vu

Once, I got mugged by a kindergartener. She stole my spoon and fork! D:

I wonder if I'm just a weak loser, or "kids these days" are developing super strength or something. >_>

There's a very justified (to you at least) solution I can offer: Actually push her off swings. If yiou would get in trouble just the same, it'll get her to quit because she'll be scared of you.

One time I was reading a book, and this psycho kid who I knew in daycare a few years ago just started climbing up this metal thing beside me, and then later I got in trouble for not stopping him, even though I had headphones in and didn't even notice him

This is the worst:
I am playing video games, my  brother wants to watch tv. My brother screams for no reason, my mom comes down, I get in trouble. He gets the TV.

You shouldn't have been bothering him in the first place. I babysit occasionally, and this happens a lot. Once because I ran out of chocolate milk...  hmm

Re: wow it's like deja vu

Once me, a few of my classmates and some lower year kids started to threaten to tell teacher that I pushed them if I didn't give up my window seat so they can annoy us, who are sitting in front. Actually, they threatened my best friend. I took it personally, and stood up, then I told the kid,"You know, if you told the teacher that you pushed me you would be lying." The kid grinned and thought he was winning. He said,"But the teacher will believe me cause I'll be crying." Then he gave me this annoying smug look. Then I said,"No kid, if you told the teacher I pushed you you'll be lying, because I'm going to do much more then push you." Then I cracked my knuckles threateningly, and those poor sods were so scared they were probably traumatized for life.

I've been in many more situations where the kids won, but I always managed to win the argument with the teacher by pointing out that in court, if I was charged for assault and there was no witness, no evidence and the victim doesn't even have a mark on him to prove it, the case would be laughed out of court and the "victim" would be fined for making a false police report.
