these board thingys rarely are bought by scratchers and are rarely used in projects, you buy the board you make a project and barely anybody can play it! it allows use of a handful of blocks and they aren't to useful in many ways, I don't get why I'd want one of these boards

Well, aren't you moving on up to python? Why don't you worry about that?

Well, tomorrow you're are leaving Scratch if I'm correct (unless you have multiple classes and will be on Scratch until all are done) so technically Scratch boards don't apply to you. Python stuff does. And then you won't be on Scratch, so yes, it is useless for you to have a Scratch board

Dingdong: It really is pretty useful; you'd be surprised what you can do with a handful of blocks, especially if that handful of blocks gives you a window to the outside world (sight, sound, movement). For example, I can imagine a hundred science fair projects you could make using one of these things. All the PicoBoard really needs is some form of output (like a couple switches of something).

Python is another programming language. Blender uses it, and I'm not sure what else does.
