how do i change a menus name?

i'm making a mod i and i want to change a menus name but i forgot how. can someone help me?

I think he means how to change the "Scripts", "Backgrounds", and "Sounds" menu name.

Scratch-UI-Panes -> ScratchFrameMorph -> initialization -> createMenuPanel.
