Yes, but like everything else public in Scratchia, you may use it as long as it benefits the community (ex: hunting, killing enemy mobs so creepers don't blow stuff up lol). We're an anarchocommunistic state of some sort, remember. 

Okay, there's no defined limit to using it really, but try not to waste them all, and be sure to make some too (flint and feathers are easy to find anyway).

And mentioning flint gave me a random idea... A place where everyone can deposit their useless gravel so us flint collectors can slowly turn it into flint

I find caves really easily, wait for me and you'll get iron up the butt

But you'll have a chance of playing it in like a week more, so I guess I'll just go far away from Scratchia again and camp in a dirt house with a bed every night 

Still consider the subway might take long, especially figuring out how to place the rails with as less rails as possible, AND building the entrances later. D: With luck I'll build two stations in my turn

I left a boat and a bed for someone to find somewhere.

Maybe yet another watchtower or a bunker in the hill behind the mine, watchtower and stuff. With a TNT cannon or machineguns for teh lulz
