ugh
i feel horrible. my right ear hurts so bad and my fingers feel like 500 pond weights on the keyboard i just took medicine and it better kick in soon

Erm, perhaps it's best to get off the computer and go to bed to get some rest. No way the medicine is going to kick in if you keep straining to stay on the computer.
