Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to contact the Scratch Team directly, if you think that an error has been made.

Right...when you use the Contact Us link, you have to type in the two words that are shown on a little image near a text entry area.  The words are often wavy and hard to read.  If you can't read them well, you can click on a button and ask for different words.

That authentication mechanisim is there to keep automatic programs from sending spam to the link.
