Pokemon Splice Creator
URL REMOVED AS NOBODY USES IT.
Click image to download. first 2 pokemon are splices made with it.
Here's how it works:
Click 1 colour from each pokemon. Then press GO. while moving it will sense if it is touching the colour you want to change. If it does, it will change it into the colour you want.
