Is Pokemon B&W really that bad?
I know, the names might be bad, like Woobat, Sawk, and of course, Conkeldurr, but the Pokemon themselves are actually pretty awesome. And besides, you could just nickname the Pokemon by their Japanese names or something. There, problem solved.
What else is there to hate about it?

I've downloaded a translated Japanese version (legal, not to worry [at least I'll say it's legal, nyuk nyuk nyuk]), so I can tell you first hand it's great. Of course in my version the names are Japanese translations so I have names like Mijumaru and Tsutarja and Pokabu and all the other Japanese/English translation names.

My friend downloaded and played the game. She says it is really awesome. The pokemon are pretty cool. I like the legendaries.

Not really.
I see videos and the sprites stay animated all the way through.
Also, battle styles are different. You can only attack enemies near you.
However, in battles the sprites look a bit pixelated (small).
I'd buy it!
