there is so much multiple posts of the same project just with different names and on different accounts and it isn't fair because i don't get my 1 project there then in scratch 2.0 can you fix that and make multiple posts on different accounts not allowed because 1 person can make like 20 projects and we don't get any projects so it's not fair please fix it scratch team.

Every so often a computer class will be required to upload their projects to the website under their own usernames. That's probably what happened here.

Well, it's for educational uses for classes. I've seen many of them, such as for Korean students. Most of the "remixes" as you had said are regular projects that are testing out the various blocks of Scratch, so I really don't mind of those multiple projects.
