Video Works Fine in Scratch, Horrible on Website

hello,
i made my first relatively simple animation today. it is merely a bunch of repeating backgrounds. they illustrate before and after shots of a photoshop job. however, most of the before shops don't seem to show up.

it works fine in scratch. i even downloaded it from the website and tried it again in scratch and it worked.

why doesn't it work on scratch? i tried searching the forums so i am sorry if this has been talked about before.
thank you

You have Photoshop too? I'm not that good Right Now. Anyways, you got a problem.

Yep, that happens, The Java player is different online. The only way around this is to advise people to download to fix it because of the online player

is there a different way to program it so that it will work? lots of people have stop motion  videos on here? good luck with the photoshop.

Looking at your projects, it looks like you got it working okay.  Sometimes a different coding technique can cure online problems!
