Maybe introduce html code to the forums?
I just thought that maybe the scratch team could add a html code to the forums. Then people could do things like marquee or mouse over with their text. Just an idea

I like that idea, because in a large post, you could link to different sections with the <a> tag, but the scratch team uses I think PunBB, which only is compatible with BBcode.
