my brother got IP banned but he said he was sorry so they unbanned him but im still banned!

Then again, the TBG is separate from the main forum, so the ban times are probably determined by the mods there.

You're probably best just contacting the Scratch team...most of the time these bans are a result of a misunderstanding...if you didn't do anything wrong, you won't be punished.
