Try the new flash player?
In new projects, there has been a 'new flash player' Seems pretty awesum 
What do you people think?
Edit: I've tried it. There isn't much difference (though that's expected)
It seems to run fine.

i have tried that, like just now! it is quite good, except for the enlarge button that is in the top-left corner. When I click on it, the screen gets bigger, but half of it is hidden by the project notes!!! :-)

It's really cool, but it runs too fast for my Star Wars animations 
Well, they didn't run at the right speed in the Java Player either

This player is BEAST.
Most of my projects HAVE to be downloaded, otherwise you will be overun by ridiculous lag online.
But this new player plays the game FASTER online than downloaded!
I hope that everyone will start using this advantage to make Flash games and share them accross the net - that would be wicked!
I might return for a little while.

The "expand" button is cool. Except that then you can't see the whole screen...
