um calm down
i dont have city folk but from what i know in wild world you could be either referring to how every saturday night K.K. Slider comes to the cafe and you can request a song or just let him play whatever he wants (the latter is recommended unless you have certain K.K. songs that you know exist in mind)
or you could be referring to town tunes where you go to the town hall and talk to pelly
or it could be some thing that's different in city folk and i have no idea
