Well I've been kinda drawn into writing project notes. I don't mean a 'description' but actual changes made from version to version. I have no idea why.
Any of you do this?

I always have the feeling to just put SOMETHING in my project notes. It doesn't feel right to me to leave it empty (test account is my exception).

Only if its the finished product of a game.

I always put in project notes.....I don't do games or anything, but I put in what the project is about and all that.

I always put in project notes, even if all I have to say is "Yeah." or "All in the title." or "Do I HAVE to put notes, guys?". Or sometimes even "There are no notes", just because.

I usually just put a description on my projects.

I do. Usually, if I'm uploading something that's an upgraded version of a previous project, I'll use the project notes to wrote a general description of the changes I made (a more detailed description of the changes is usually found inside the project in the forum of comments).

I usually write notes four times the length of the project screen.

[offtopic] Aw, man! I lost the game! [/offtopic]
Now, on topic. I usually do, I always have some kind of urge to write a description with something random in it.
Plus, since most of my on-computer files are WAV, I can't important them onto Scratch, so I'll usually have to borrow and give credit.

Unless it's just a request thing I've uploaded on my test account, I'll at least say "Enjoy!" or something like that. Leaving it blank just seems wrong to me.

I write extensive project notes for an initial release. Then, I document each change made when I fix bugs or add features to a game.
For example, check out the notes on this game: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/BoltBait/1610128
I've seen shorter books!
Or, this game: http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/BoltBait/472525
