??????- that is the problem

Wow. The forums don't recognize very many characters. For instance, go to a different language forum and you find a bunch of question marks. In fact, I cut and pasted a story into the forums, and it gave a question mark for this- "the other quote mark --->" . Is there a way to fix this?
