Hopefully I'm not the only one is obsessed with this.
For those who don't know, it is the latest handheld coming from nintendo, and i pretty much the "Nintendo DS 2." Unlike other DS's, this isn't just a new upgrade or anything; it's actually a whole new handheld.
So.
What launch games are you getting?
Have you pre-ordered?
If so, what deal did you get?
here are the confirmed launched games;
others will appear in the "launch window" (which is basically from release to the E3 this year)
When you get your hands on one on the 25th of March (or 27th in the UK and 31st in Australia) post your friend code below! (There is now one friend code per system, instead of one per game! (thank god!) ) Aswell as your opinions and reviews!

Looks almost exactly like my clunky original DS. 'Cept mine's electric blue and not that color.
I'll probably just run the new games on my normal DS.

That supposed to be there?
Also, 3DS will be awesome. I just hope i can save enough by then to get one. I'll probably be getting the Professor Layton and maybe a Nintendogs out of the launch titles. But I'm going to wait for other (better) games coming out in "the window".

Those are launch titles? Get real Nintendo! Most people don't even know what those games are (except probably Nintendogs and Street Fighter, and I'm not saying I don't know what those other games are). They should've just waited until Paper Mario 3DS was done. That would help.

It looks nothing like the original DS.
It's got a flat top, that 3D slider, the control nub, rearranged home, start, and, select, and over all cooler and sleeker design.
And for new stuff:
When you pass someone, you trade data, and can have a simulated fight in a millisecond.
3D viewing with no glasses.
Gyroscope for Motion Plus like motion sensing, except portable.
Augmented reality card that allows it to appear like there's a dragon on your desk, or bubbles in the room.
Amazing graphics, surpassing the Wii.
Using memory card thingamajigs forgot their name. COmes with a 2 Gig, but fi your really serious, you can use up to 8 gig.
(A lot regurgitated from one a jack's post, but some I knew.)

I REALLY WANT A 3DS. It looks to be awesome, have more graphical power than the Wii (and almost as much computing power), and.....
3D. 'Nuff said.
No matter how much I want it, the $250 price tag is a little to big for me. I might ask for one for Christmas....

you can't.
you should really read up on this more.
it's all new hardware. (the graphics power now surpasses the wii.)
Oh no, not the Apple method. Eh, I guess they can't help it with all the changes they made. I never read up on it because I wasn't really all that interested.
Well, I suppose I can always pirate the games to an emul- er, nothing.

Same with me, they cost way too much money, I got my DS Lite for 1/3rd of the price of the 3DS.
You got the DS Lite for $83.33?

I can't wait!
But it will probably take me awhile to earn the money.

You know what would be awesome on the 3DS? Half-Life 2...Scratch that, The Orange Box. Who agrees?
