Saving Progs doesn't work

Help!
   Whenever we try to save a program we get the message, "could not make folder" or "save not sucessful- can be read or locked only."

What, if anything are we doing wrong?

OK, disregard the last message, we figured it out!  Surely not the last time we get stumped over something simple!!!
