is there a block such as, IF ___ ABLE TO BE DIVIDED BY _____ DO ____?

Well, any number is able to be divided by any number except 0.

So if divisor =/= 0 then report true.

http://info.scratch.mit.edu/sites/infoscratch.media.mit.edu/images/Mod.gif reports remainder from division of first number by second number. Check out the Scratch Wiki for more information.
