comment block and new catagory with other gray blocks for 2.0
first the catagory is called (other) it would the comment block, joke of the day, date/time{hour}, open browser with URL, visible?, hidden, and the last would be a stop half of script.
one Q is this possible!

but wouldn't the top half of a script already be done, and the bottom half not be available for it being a cap block?
