Japanese characters aren't displayed correctly on forum.
For example:
今日 良 天気 。
It's displayed as white question marks in black diamonds without Kanji characters.
The charset tag of each forum pages is set to UTF-8. I think it's a correct setting for multilingalization. But it doesn't work for Japanese now. There is a same problem for Korean.
I found a workaround, using EUC-JP encoding. It works fine but I need to change encoding setting of my browser everytime when I read or write, because the charset tag forces encoding to UTF-8.
I think it's an ad-hoc solution changing charset tag from UTF-8 to EUC-JP for Japanese forum page. But it's convenient for many Japanese.
Thank you for your help.

Or any language. I mean, look at this:
от уре иф у иан шорк „ ор И'м тчи и макинг ен е
ى كنهش نه هنع كنهشس آرابيص
Ι θνδε στανδ α λιττλε Γ εεκ
ى دونت ۋ ن كنوۋ
Some of those should be in question marks
