Something like Scratch2Exe except for Mac?

You know how there's things that make applications for windows? Well, is there one that makes scratch projects into applications for mac?

Use BYOB, it can make mac applications also with Scratch Projects.

If you had a self extractor that could package it in to a .app and told it to run a specifac file when it was done unpacking
