Art for Scratch

i had some basic questions regarding scratch

i wanted to know the max pixel dimensions for the whole scratch canvas (so i could import an entire background to scale. etc)

second, what media formats does the image import feature accept (PNG,GIF,JPEG?)

and finally if it does accept GIF will it accept animated GIFs as well (yes i know you can animate them in the program, only for me it has uses to animate some things outside the program)

Second, what media formats does the image import feature accept (PNG,GIF,JPEG?) I think all of them, just about. PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP, and probably some others.

And finally if it does accept GIF will it accept animated GIFs as well (yes I know you can animate them in the program, only for me it has uses to animate some things outside the program) Yes, it turns each frame into a costume.

Hope that helped!  smile
