I have 1.4!!!! It was the first Scratch version I've ever gotten myself. It's awesome!!!!!!!!
But the only thing I don't like in 1.4 is the all-script-stopping "Stop script" block.

Well 1.4 is more slower online than 1.3 ever was. Most of the time I can't get my projects to upload, and sometimes even if it uploads right, you might have to download it in order for it to work right.

Well 1.4 is more slower online than 1.3 ever was. Thats the applet, not 1.4 Most of the time I can't get my projects to upload, Compress them then and sometimes even if it uploads right, you might have to download it in order for it to work right. Somethings are just to advanced for the applet

Not really, there are a lot of features in 1.4 that 1.3 didn't have.
