Two people each make a project (must be a fresh project, you can't have started work on it), viewers decide which is better.

It roots out the weak.

You should politely ask someone, or make a topic asking others to challenge you.  That way they know you'll accept.

Him:Sure!
You:*posts announcement on the forums*

If he declines, post "Challenge Necromaster!" on the forums.
