#2 for should have, is already coming. rental icons? how would that work? people would still be able to steal others' icons... forum messages: get the email digest from "profile" settings.
For being able to reply infinity... that's so that the comments (like in dA) don't take up most of the page and loading time. imagine having a super slow computer and there are 1000s of replies to comments, going down and down...
this can be resolved by the second person replying to the first comment.

and why would anyone want to remove the forums? that makes completely no sense.

THEN, a MAJOR hater says he'd drill a hole in one because they don't have good graphics, and he'd post it for all of scratch to see. The fan can't reply back, but if they add more, then EVERYBODY would say that it would be a total waste to drilla hole in a DS.
I don't get what you're saying.

A page that says a message, shows a featured project of your choice, All your projects in Loved order, etc.? SHWEET!
The Scratch Team is creating this, they also showed an image of an early prototype (no demo yet).

I don't have a problem with these, except the frame rate is horrible.
Remix chains shouldn't exist? They will stay, by the scratchers' choice.

OK, even though it gives scratchers an excuse NOT TO FLAG, it bombards front-page projects to be flooded in comments like:23 people got hit by a train, or, 14 people are talking mushrooms
That button won't be added.

2.More Scratch Sprites
We already have enough, and if you've been on scratch for 2 years and you're STILL using them, it might be time to come out of your shell

for should: you should be able to customize your user page (with different wallpapers, you can upload, and choose from preloaded ones) everybody can see them unless "wallpapers (or something like that)" is turned off.

Not exactly stealing, more like using. I don't like this idea...

The fan can comment on one of the hater's projects or galleries.
