Have you?
I have. One time.
I was in Cub Scouts about 5 years ago and this really scary looking kid (coinsidentaly also named Luke) joined our 'Pack' and we were all playing tag outside. He ran after me. I didn't know why i was so scared. But I found adrenaline and ran faster than I ever had before and now. I felt like my feet were flying.
So, I have. Have you?

I've had an adrenaline rush, but I can't "access" it (if by access you mean control when you have one).

Um, well actually you should get adrenaline a lot. It's just a body boosting drug from the body. If you play sports, you should "get" a lot of adrenaline.

I think he means a noticeable adrenaline rush.

Adrenaline as AtomicBawm3 said, is simply an endorphin released by your body to stimulate your muscles and nervous system.
Any time you get excited or nervous your body releases adrenaline.

I get a lot before a 100 free, my body starts shivering and I get all excited. You have to be a bullet to do good in swimming, you're going against some major fast tracks.
I do a lot better on the 50 free and relays

Yes.
I was scared when my teacher was about to call me. I don't know about accessing it.
And my teacher didn't call me.

I had one in a cross country race. I was on the final track and it felt like I was flying. Then, I looked down at my feet and to my surprise, the track was a few feet below me! I flew all the way home.

You release adrenaline in any stressful of physically challenging event. It's your body's way of heightening your senses, decreasing reaction time, and giving you endurance for a short period of time. Nothing particularly unusual about it.

I was being chased by some bully who was way older than me, and when he'd me up against a wall, I freaked out and heaved him off me. I don't think I could have done that normally. I think he was 13. He went to my school when I was in first grade. I was 9.

The title confuses me, but the actual thread is fine.

I tap into my body's almost limitless supply of adrenaline when I'm fighting(ie. almost everyday)
People always wonder why I can fight for thirty minutes straight and still have the energy to put a foot on my exhausted opponent's back and slam it down.

Have had many adrenaline rushes.
A couple of times on my bike. 12km/h ---> 30+ km/h average increase.
Caused by;
Crazy Guy. He was in one of my classes at school. Insane, Fat and lived for games. Had a anger fit.
Near Car Accident/s (Riding 20+km/h, car pulls out of driveway onto footpath. I stop in just over a meter. Back wheel in the air with my feet on the ground. (And people wonder why I like my seat a little low) )
Weird People. Stangers going up to you and start randomly talking while at the lights. I was out of there!!!!!!!!!!
Bike accident <--- that was fun I rode home bleeding. No "real" pain. No one would help.

in year 7-8 i was a really fast runner.
i wasn't actually ever fast though. i just got really nervous about lossing and making an idiot of myself, that i got adrenaline and ended up winning A devision for year 8 and some inter school races.
its depressing because as soon as i started believing in myself i started to get bad.
now i hate sport. and don't do races.
lesson of the day: don't believe in yourself and YOU WILL ACHIEVE!
