Re: can i burn to.........

Jens has a utility called Scratch2exe that will package up the project into an executable that contains a version of Scratch so it can play on PC computers that don't have scratch installed.  I don't know if he has upgraded it for version 1.3 projects yet though.

Now that I think of it...JSO took that concept a bit further and wrote a utility that lets you burn a disk with your projects on it...and build a menu too.

Re: can i burn to.........

Both my Scratch2Exe and JSO's disc burning utility rely on the same modifications to the scratch image (part of the executable) that I haven't upgraded to v.1.3 yet, because the new Scratch source code has not yet been released to the public. Once that will be the case I plan to post an upgrade. In the meantime I would advise to uninstall Chirp and ChirpCompiler (Scratch2Exe) because these utilities are only compatible with Scratch v.1.2.1, and will not work with any projects created in 1.3. I'd suggest trying S65 ExeScratch utility, which might work sooner than my tool, because it builds on the java-player, which I suspect will be fixed before the updated Scratch Source Code gets released.
