i have a 000webhosting account and i am hopping to get my own domain soon.
i can try and build you a web site from pure html but i would need some images and ideas.

oh ya sure i mean like storm sounds (lightning bolts, thunder rain) its for one of the levels also im gonna work all day on level design also are your good with graphics?

i have changed the page from an html to a php and i have an mySQL.
scratchlive do you know basic html.
(i might be able to make a ruff admin page were you can add news and change the demo on the home page.)
