Can not post/reply to topics!
I created a new account "JaysonNT" and the forums won't let me do ANYTHING! Can someone reply why that is happening.
MY GUESSES:
New Scratchers can not do anything but read. WHY I THINK THAT IS FALSE: I see New Scratchers on this forum posting stuff!
So why is this happening???

New Scratchers cannot post in Misc. If they couldn't post anywhere, they wouldn't ever upgrade!
