Showing Variables
Variables should have a control to have a different a form to show (slide, value, and value with label). I would like to show a variable, such as a score, in a certain location. Every time I reload my project or upload it, the variables are back to their default locations.

i'm not sure what you can do about it... it seems to just be one of those annoying little glitches that the current scratch player has (along with the show/hide variable blocks not working online)

Yeah, that's an annoying glitch. The solution is to make sure all those variables are showing when you upload the project, then make them all hide when the green flag is clicked.
I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
