Reseting squeak

yea I found a project that made new blocks that i really wanted to use so i tried to make them the blocks worked but i must have deleted something extra and my scratch isnt working now im a bit curious i wanna fix my scratch so how do  i reset squeak

What they mean is to uninstall Scratch, go back to the website, and install it again.

As I was saying, reinstall SCRATCH. Squeak is just the engine that runs Scratch. It's the actual program that needs to be reinstalled.
