Hello, we're working on an additional way of searching projects. Currently our search uses Google, which means we depend on how often they index our website. In addition, Google cannot search for project with X number of loveits, remixes, views, etc nor you can tell Google (easily at least) to only search project in certain date range. This is still work in progress but you can play with this new search box.

We are planning to continue using Google in the future because it is fast and it works for the most part, but we think having additional ways of searching can be useful for some people.
Please let us know what you think.

This is a fantastic search bar. I love it.
A few things though:
~First off, you can only have a timeslot of 99 days. I think that this is somewhat limiting if you aren't sure when a project you want was made, or if your doing a broad search. IF someone wanted to find all Monopoly projects with 25 views or more, it would be hard to find some from long agoWhile they could use the old search, it is much less refined as this one.
~Secondly, something cool would be to have more than one tag. It would allow for more narrow results, which would be a great benefit.
~Thirdly, something small, is that people might not know that the heart is a "Love-it"
Other than that, I just hope that you expand it so that we can have the same quality search for Galleries and forum topics.
This is awesome.

Did my first search on it, worked okay I think.
I searched "Throwable" from today going back 99 days.

Wow, that's really cool! But as TheSaint said, not everyone would guess that the heart stands for love its... and of course, it'd be nice if the timeslot could be larger than 99 days. :3
The search is so cool... and it has that awesome Scratch look

I think this is a neat idea.
I especially think it would be smart to have it if there was a project that you would wan't to find and you forgot the name.

I essentially agree with what has been said above.
Maybe you should have a checkbox asking if you want to search within a time limit!

I also agree with most of what was already said.

The limit of 99 days is there mainly because the more days the search covers the slower it is. What is an acceptable limit?

Well, 99 days might be faster but more limiting. Why not let the user choose any limit, maybe putting a notice about the speed?

Awesome, but this is REALLY slow.
For the 99 days limit, I suggest a lower priority and a warning popup when you search projects more than 100 days back. Something like "This search might take a while to load".

Its fantastic, but it can only accept a limited amount of letters

I think LS97 and iCode have said it all for me

I hope its up and running soon.

Fantastic! I've been waiting for this something my entire life. There does appear to be one significant problem: I'd like to be able to find ALL the projects that fit the criteria, not just those created within the last 99 days. Other than that, this looks FANTASTIC. Great work!

Is there any way to search for projects with less than a particular number of sprites, scripts, love-its, remixes, views or comments?
