It's okay.... but it has a normal start bar. Its not exciting, new. Its just redundent with every other os. On my base, you just hover over the blue thing in the corner and it slides out with a selection of apps. Why not use that?

I was thinking of something on the top. You know, slides down from the top. What do you think of that? (I wanted it to be green though)
