Unless it was in your signature, making the text in your posts might be considered spamming (although I could double check with the Scratch Team to make sure).

There have been cases where other forums have been used instead of Show and Tell to link to projects; those have been otherwise moved (usually without a visible redirect), or removed should a duplicate thread in Show and Tell already exist. Chances are that the link would be removed from the post in your case.

I seriously don't understand as to why would anyone make all the text in their post link to their project. I mean, simply linking a few relevant words to your project would suffice to put across the point 

A far better strategy in order to increase the number of views to your project would be to add an attractive and relevant image in your signature area. This is apparently far better than appearing a spammer by linking all text in your post.
