You can find a lot of free hosting sites. Even though some of them are free on the lowest package. But I just use the lowest package on www.webs.com, and it works until you get a popular site. And http://www.zymic.com/free-web-hosting/ looks like it has COMPLETELY free hosting, but I haven't tried it, so I don't know.

I think he (I'm asssuming he from the "guy" bit in his username) is after getting an actual domain name.
E.g. mysite.com, rather than a subdomain like mysite.weebly.com.
If I'm wrong, correct me.
Maybe dot.tk? This gives you a domain, although it has to end in .tk, rather than .com, .net, etc.
If there's a proper one, I'd really like to know about it.

freewebhostingarea.com has a nice layout and you have to do your own html. it works really well. my website is on one of their servers.
