My new rule would be to never ever post anything mean or anything that's not either good or constructive criticism.

i'd delete all of the "creepypasta" threads and have them relocate their stories to one threads because those things are annoying
and i'd close threads that people make just to announce their [#]th post and i'd probably give them a warning for spamming
actually i'd probably close most announcement-like threads in misc if they don't seem to have a good discussion to go with it
and i'd disable the ability to make threads in misc for a lot of people who make too many threads or just seem to make annoying threads
well actually i'm not sure if it's possible to make it so certain people can't make new threads in certain places but yeah i would if i could
