Every time I try to log in, It takes me to a page where it says "Authentication words weren't entered properly". What's wrong?
If it helps, I recently created a Test account: bluerabbit78_test

I get that sometimes too. Maybe it's your computer; it only ever happens to me on my desktop at home, while I never have that problem at school or on a laptop at home. What kind of computer and browser is this happening on?

It must be the site's glitch, not just your computer then, because I was getting the same thing with IE on Windows XP. Somehow I'm not getting it anymore though.

Exactly correct. I really hate that. Scratch, please remove! THIS IS AN IMPORTANT TOPIC!!!!!!!!! Authentication is not needed.

Thanks!

I don't find any problem with the authentication words...

I see what you mean now. I think it's just happening with Internet Explorer. I was using Google Chrome so I didn't know what you was talking about.

But I use Google Chrome on Windows 7, and I have the same problem. I think the Scratch Team programmed the website so that every time you login, you have to enter the authentication words; the only problem is that they haven't changed the login box at the top to include that, so you must re-login every time.

Strange! I use Google Chrome on Windows XP and I don't see that.

Sorry about this pesky glitch, everyone. It is a pain, I agree.
We're aware of it and are working on a different solution -- probably one that won't require CAPTCHA until you have failed the login process at least two times.

Yay! Actually, when I try to log in from the front page, it redirects me to the CAPTCHA page so just click 'login' and you'll only have to type in your usernam eand password once

I don't know if it's just my computer, but heres the "glitch timeline" for my computer.
One day: Glitch is here.
Next day: Glitch is gone.
Next day: Glitch is back.
And on, and on, and on.
So, the "fixes" are probably not working for my computer.
