Here are a few suggestions for 1.5:
-A text box place that can have multiple lines
-the ability to hide code from the online version (as in cheat codes and such)
-when sprites rotate, have you noticed that the edges are rough? that is another thing I'd like fixed.
-splitting entry's on a list to use. I will soon have a project showing what I mean. find it on my page.

All of those ideas are very nice. 
The second one is very controversial, because Scratch is imagine•program•Share. People are always dealing with copyright.

To make cheat codes or other stuff, all you do is make a hidden sprite. Enough said.
Again, <when I receive> is not a boolean.
People really should HAVE to read the list of already suggested things.
You can make perfect physics, have you taken APPhysics yet? And Trig? If you have, then you shouldn't be saying anything. If you haven't, then do. They're not going to give you physics as a block, you would want to customize it, and then you don't make it a block. You have to make everything yourself. You want to get a base, go to something like sploder.
If you want smoother animations, make them yourself. If you can't, well stop complaining. You can also draw frames if you want.
