On the topic of RCW, I'm thinking of making a Half-life article. Sorry if it's off topic, but the other threads weren't just closed, they were DELETED.

Why can't I share my Wikia? I'm just trying to make it grow. What's your guys's prob? I see a lot of projects with that word! What's the difference with a website? BTW, I wasn't trying to get away with anything. I barely even know what you're talking about.

The projects are not supposed to have that word. Your Wikia has the offending word in the title, hence why it was removed.
The Terms of Use state:
Help keep the site friendly. If you feel others would find a project or comment mean, insulting, too violent, or otherwise inappropriate, click the link that says "flag as inappropriate." In the Forums, you can do the same thing by clicking on the "Report" link below a post. The Scratch Team will review, and may remove any project, comment or post.
In most cases, the word you used is usually taken as an insult (hence why it is on the censor filter in the first place). You really should be flagging down the projects instead of letting them slide on the website.

Well, a Scratch Team member told me that the "c"-word is okay, but the word "ret-rd" is not okay to put in a project because it's insulting to people with disabilities. I guess, it's based on the person that's telling you because I've heard a lot of users (including Scratch Team people) telling me this and that. Is it okay, or not okay?

Oh, I've also seen a couple of projects with the "c"-word, which didn't have any particular bad content. I didn't flag it. however, I only flag the ones that have extremely bad content, like this one project I saw where the person who created it said, "I will cut in you places you will not want to be cut in," which I consider to be inappropriate. Sorry, if that was not good to say, but that's what he said, not me. You may remove it, if you want.

The word in question is one that has a tendency to fall in a rather grey area. You could just flag the project with those words and the Scratch Team can look it over and make a decision.
Generally, however, using that word is usually discouraged because the word is usually perceived to be a cuss word, and it was decided that, because of the title, the link to the Wikia was removed.
Here's an option, why not just change the title or your Wikia to something with a less derogatory title? A title like "The Random Wiki" still keeps the idea straight to the point.

That's okay. I don't know how to do that. And, I'm more of a person that likes to keep the original name. I gave it a unique name, and I don't really want to give this name up. One reason, i put it on a lot of pages. Well, the point is, I don't really wanna change it, but good suggestion, though. I'll just stop sharing it.
