I'm a bit late with this, but I just read up on the recent 'hacking' incident that happened the other day.
Suddenly there are truckloads of projects telling everyone not to worry about hacking, even though the project makers themselves are making a big deal out of it.
Especially new members who are convinced that some hacker is going to come and hunt them down, even when they are totally unknown and the extent of their programming skills is a spinning Scratch cat.

Thing is, am I the only person that realises the more of a deal we make out of this whole thing, the more the 'hackers' will appear and, well, 'hack'. So we should leave security compromises to the ST, right?

Well, what do you think? Do you think we worry too much about security and hacking? Should we be worried by people called OMGiamsooookaj, Kajilicious, imahackyourightnow, wafflesredemption, and iamhackiamback?

Everyone seems to want attention here. Scratchers constantly seem to out after a slice of the popularity cake. It's sad and we're losing community spirit. People are all too ready to change their personality to be considered 'cool'. Like acting rude and snobby, or forgetting about grammar. It's sad really.

I know it's no biggie, I'm just saying, some people make a lack of grammar (and sense) cool, but some new members who type l1k3 th15 4 a k1ck think it's a way to get noticed. You have to work for fame, like you did, getting 10000 posts and whatever.

People who usually type without grammar do so because they don't know how to use grammar. The only people who changed to a grammar-less typing style did it out of reference to a comic, and guaranteed don't care about fame.

hacking is a really bad thing but it is really rear in fact out of 47460.53 only 1 account is try to be hacked and 50% of the time it fails.
look here is the formula to show you how strong your password is.
there is a 1 in (x) chance for someone to guessing your password correctly.
x = length of password to the power of 36
